Tivello Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

What Tivello is

Tivello is a media player. It ships with no channels, no programmes and no subscriptions. It plays only the content sources you add yourself: an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist URL or file, or a Jellyfin media server.

Your content, your responsibility

You are responsible for the sources you configure and for having the right to view them. Use Tivello only with services you are lawfully entitled to access — your own media server, a subscription you hold with a broadcaster or IPTV operator that authorises your access, or freely licensed streams. The app's developers do not provide, sell, endorse, or have any affiliation with any content service, and cannot vouch for anything a third-party source delivers.

No warranty

Tivello is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Playback depends on your TV model, network and the sources you use; features such as catch-up, guide data and archive seeking work only to the extent your source supports them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss on the TV or issues with third-party services.

Trademarks

Channel names and logos shown in the app come from the sources you configure and belong to their respective owners.

Changes

These terms may be updated with app releases; the version installed with the app applies.
